Freckles

They are circular spots that are tanned. Freckles are spot caused by uneven tan. Some girls get freckles with first sunlight in Spring. From childhood and until the age 20-25 the number of freckles usually increases and the colour becomes more intense. Eventhough after 30 years of age the number of freckles doesn’t decrease they do become paler and do not stand out on the face too much.
In order to reduce the number of freckles:
1. Do not go outside without sunglasses in a sunny weather.
2. Use sun block with SPF factor.
3. Use the sun block year around on sunny days.
4. Also eat food that is rich in vitamin C.
5. Also reduce the amount of intake for tea and coffee.
The easiest way to get rid of freckles is to use whitening and foundation creams, which should contain (SPF), which should be 8 to 15%.
There are also methods that can be done at home
Cover freckles with cucumber juice about 2 or times a day and continue to do it for 2 or 3 weeks.
Also, cover freckles with sour water: 1 tablespoon 5% vinegar and lemon juice mixed with 2 tablespoons boiled water.
After cleaning your face rub it with a mix of lemon and cucumber juice in proportion 1:1 and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. After that wash the face with warm water and put on some cream.
If you don’t feel like making juice, you can just use pieces of lemon and cucumber and put one after another for some time over the freckles and after wash the face with warm water and put on some cream.
Cleaning the face with use of lemons and cucumbers can be done daily for about 20-30 days and then take a break for one week.
You can also rub the face with a mix of carrot and lemon juices. Take two tablespoons of carrot juice and mix it with one teaspoon lemon juice. Keep this mix on your face for 20-30 minutes and then wash the face with cold water and use some cream.
Masks for whitening out skin and making freckles loose colour
Mask from Parsley
Take a couple of parsley stems and together with roots cover it with a small amount of hot water and cook for 45 minutes. After that mash the parsley until you get it to look like a face mask and the rub the mask on your face and keep it on for 20-30 minutes and then remove with warm water.
Mask from berries and vegetables
Fresh berries and vegetables smash in a bowl or grate. For the best results use strawberries, cucumbers and tomatoes. Put the mixture on your face and leave on for 20-25 minutes and then wash your face.
Mask from Beans
After cooking the beans put some cooked beans aside into a coffee cup and smash them. After that add 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of sunflower oil. Rub the mixture on your face for 20 minutes and then wash it with warm water and then with cold water.
What to do if you got freckles
Do not spend long hours outside in a sunny weather.
Do not put tonnes of makeup, you will not be able to cover all freckles, instead use light and clear foundation.
Important, if you decide to use mascara then use a dark one.
Choose eye shadow in green or blue tones.
Remember
Lipstick, blush and eye shadow should not be in brown colour scheme, because on the face with freckles these brown colours will look dirty.

Treatment for Eyelashes and Lips

Treatment for you Eyelashes
If your eyelashes are breaking or falling out there is a treatment that will make it better. The treatment is in using a clear mascara (no colour) to cover your lashes on top and bottom of your eye for some time. This type of mascara has more minerals in it that protect and treat the lashes. As well as, this mascara will add some shine to your lashes and create a protective layer
Treatment for the skin of your lips
The skin on your lips is much thinner than on your face, that is why you should take care of your lips. If your lips are damaged from wind (especially in winter conditions) put some oily night cream or oily lip balm.
For lips that got cracks use a lip balm. Lip balm has all the nutrients that are needed to heal such skin.
For lips that are often dry use a little bit of honey and spread it over the lips. If you do not like honey, you can also use some cream for the lips.

Guide for Makeup

Guide to Choosing the Right Colours for your Makeup
Every person differs substantially in their looks. Skin, Eyes and hair colour is what differentiates one person from another.
How to choose the right colour for your blush?
First of all, take a look at your own natural colour of skin and hair. If you have lighter shades of skin it is best to use cool shades like pink for your blush. If your skin is tanned, consider darker shades. However, if you are choosing based on your hair colour then for blonde and brunette it is best to use peach like shades. If you have hair colour in between blonde and brunette then go with brown shades. For those with red hair colour, go with blush that has some yellow or orange tone.
But then again beige-pink shades work for almost everyone.
How to choose the right colour for your foundation?
Foundation and face powder are the best products to create a nice tone for your face, however, be very careful when choosing colours for these products or you can make your face look worse.
1. For those with beige-pink like shades of skin use foundation with some pink-red pigments in it, whereas for those with yellow-brown skin use foundation with golden and brown shades.
2. In order to choose the right shade for the foundation apply some on skin of your neck and cheeks or forehead.
3. When choosing face powder, choose some that is warm and looks good to revive the colour of your skin.
4. Makeup artists recommend having 2 foundations that are very close in shade. The lighter one to be used in winter and the darker shade to be used in summer. These 2 can also be used to correct facial features. The darker one to be used on the sides of the nose and contour of your face, whereas the lighter one on top of your nose, cheeks and forehead.
If you have freckles
Lipstick, blush, eye shadows should not be in brown shades, as they will appear dirty. Foundation should be applied lightly and eye shadows are best to be in green or blue shades.
How to choose the right colour of eye shadows?
For blonde women it is recommended to use light-blue shadows, for brunette it is recommended green-blue shadows. And finally for those with red-orange shades of hair colour the greens will bring out the eyes. If you are interested in bringing out the colour of your eyes then choose the colour for shadows that is opposite to the colour of your eye on colour spectrum.
Blue eyes-use yellow-brown, orange-brown, brown, golden shadows they will deepen the colour of the eye.
Green Eyes – red-brown, peach-pink shadows
Grey Eyes- you can use all of the red-yellow shadows
Brown Eyes – for this eye colour best to use blue-violet colour scheme, but also green shadows
How to choose the right colour lipstick?
1. If you have light skin and hair then try using soft pink lipstick
2. If your skin is olive colour, then you should use red-brown shades of lipstick
3. If your skin is golden-beige, use tomato-red colours
4. Dark lipstick will make your face lighter, light lipstick makes your face darker
5. One more advise: bite your bottom lip for a second and remember the colour that spot on the lip turns-that is the best lipstick colour for you
All tones of colour for skin, eyes and hair can be divided into 4 groups
Spring:warm and bright
Summer: cold and soft
Autums: warm and soft
Winter: cold and bright
You are in Spring category if you got eyes that are olive-green, green-blue, light brown; if you got light colour hair; if you got skin that is golden-yellow shade
Makeup-use light yellowish foundation, bronze colour blush, brown powder; use pastel colours for eyes and lips, eyeliner-blue or green(one matching colour of your eye is great); it is also to use mascara any other colour but not black

Washing your Face

Washing your Face
It is a good idea to wash your face with warm water that has been previously boiled. When you are washing your face do not rub hard. If your skin is oily, use cold water and also you can rub cubes of ice on your face. Cold will reduce the opening of your pores, which reduces the amount of  oil produced.
If you got dry skin, use warm or almost hot water. If you got sensitive skin use water that is temperature of the room.
The strength of water is that when it comes to contact with your skin it creates physiological changes. For example, if the temperature of water is close to the temperature of your body, then it creates a soothing effect. Cold and hot water when coming in contact with skin stimulate the skin right away.
